Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX 7 - premium level

Buying Signia MaX online: your questions
Which Signia MaX level should I choose?
Choose the MaX 7 if group conversations in noise are a regular part of your week. The MaX 5 suits most active wearers and is the best value in the range. The MaX 3 keeps the full Acoustic Intelligence platform at the entry price and suits quieter lifestyles. Our audiologist can advise during your free consultation.
Do I need a hearing test to order?
Yes. Every hearing aid is programmed to a recent audiogram. Upload your hearing test at checkout, email it to us, or take our free online hearing test as a starting point. We call you after ordering to confirm your settings.
What is included with a pair?
The Portable Charger Pure 2.0, programming to your audiogram, a telephone setup consultation, one remote fine-tuning session, the Signia One app, a cleaning kit, eartips and sleeves in various sizes, a two-year warranty and free UK delivery and returns.
Is Auracast working on Signia MaX now?
Not yet. The hardware is Auracast-ready and Signia plans to activate it by a firmware update in the first half of 2027, delivered through the Signia One app at home. Bluetooth Classic, LE Audio and the telecoil work from day one.
Will my existing Signia app work with MaX?
No. MaX uses the new Signia One app for iOS and Android, which includes the natural-language Signia Assistant and TeleCare. It is free and we set it up with you during your welcome call.
Is there a CROS version of Signia MaX?
No. CROS for single-sided hearing loss is not available on the MaX platform. Signia CROS IX remains the option and pairs with the Pure Charge&Go IX range.
Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX
Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX is built on Acoustic Intelligence: four deep neural networks running at the same time, each with its own job. One follows speech and can track several people talking at once. One recognises your own voice so it sounds natural from the first minute, with no calibration appointment. One reads the room - restaurant, traffic, music, echo. One works out which background sounds matter to you and which do not. Together they keep you in a fast group conversation without switching off the atmosphere around you, which is the situation hearing aids have always found hardest.
The hardware keeps pace. Around 30 hours per charge, a pocket charger that holds four more full charges, and Bluetooth Classic, LE Audio and a telecoil in one device, so your phone never dictates your choice of hearing aid. The new Signia One app handles remote fine-tuning, support and updates from home. Three technology levels are available - MaX 7, MaX 5 and MaX 3 - and every one runs the full Acoustic Intelligence system. MaX is a receiver-in-canal design worn behind the ear. If you want an invisible in-ear device, the Signia Silk Charge&Go IX remains our recommendation.

Pure Charge&Go MaX connects to Signia One, the app built for the MaX platform. Inside it, the Signia Assistant now understands plain English: ask why voices sound sharp or how to make the television clearer and it guides you through the adjustment there and then, at any hour. Signia TeleCare keeps our audiologist in the loop, with remote fine-tuning of your settings and CareChat for messages, phone calls and video calls, so support arrives without a clinic visit. The app also installs firmware updates at home, including the Auracast activation Signia has scheduled for the first half of 2027. It is the closest thing yet to an audiologist in your pocket.
