30-Day Return Policy General Rules
The 30-day trial period will begin on the tracked delivery date. If you decide to return a product, the mailing date should be no later than 30 days from the tracked delivery date. Also, keep in mind that the returns policy applies to hearing aids, hearing aid accessories, and chargers only.
Note: the returns policy will not apply if a Pocket Hearing device has been modified or damaged, if the serial number has been altered, or if repairs have been made without the consent and knowledge of Pocket Hearing. In such case, you will not be refunded for the full amount of the device.
Any promotion is contingent on the hearing device not being returned. Therefore, any returned hearing device(s) are not subject to a) any monetary value based on the discounted amount applied to the original purchase b) all promotional gift(s) must be returned as part of the 30-day trial period for a valid refund.
Return Policy based on Medical Opinion
Within one (1) year from the date of your hearing aid purchase, you may cancel your hearing aid purchase and receive a full refund of the purchase price if you receive a written opinion from an ENT, otolaryngologist, audiologist, or licensed physician or general practitioner qualified to diagnose diseases of the ear, subsequent to purchasing a hearing aid, providing that you either have a hearing impairment for which a hearing aid provides no benefit or have a medical condition that contraindicates the use of a hearing aid, and as a result of either condition, you have experienced no improvement in the quality of your hearing.
Loss or Damage During the 30-day Right to Return Period
If one or both hearing devices or a charger are lost or damaged beyond normal use during the 30-day right to return period, the system cannot be returned for a refund, regardless of medical opinion. Refunds are issued only if all original components are returned within the 30-day period.

No problem. Pocket Hearing Aids, chargers, and accessories are covered by our 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy. If you’re not completely in love, let us know by calling us at 0800 331 7006 or emailing contact@pockethearing.com. *We’ll send you a prepaid returns label, and you can schedule a pick-up at a time that suits you, all free of charge (UK). EU and US customers will be responsible for their own tracked shipping costs.
How long does it take?
We’ll process your return within 14 days of receiving it, and you’ll receive your refund through your original method of payment.
