In fact, we made a very conscious decision that they should be for hundreds of pounds rather than thousands.
We’ve been able to achieve this through the adoption of new technology and the fantastic support from Signia but the Signia Silk Nx 7 is too good of a hearing aid for us to be able to sell for less than £1,000. We didn’t want to deviate from our aim and this is why you won’t find the Signia Silk Nx7 on our main sales page.
