Following the completion of your online hearing test and purchase of your hearing aids, you will receive these inclusive services:
A free medical and lifestyle welcome telecare consultation to determine what listening programs will best suit your lifestyle and to make sure that you don’t require an onward medical referral.
Help in connecting the Signia App to your devices so you can control and fine-tune program your hearing aids yourself. This may require a telecare appointment.
A follow-up telecare fine-tuning appointment just in case you need some professional adjustments.
We are also here to provide on-going care on a pay-as-you-go basis and the following services are available to you when and wherever you need them.
Online Professional Hearing Aid Programming.

Your hearing aids were professionally programmed at the start of your Pocket Hearing journey and you should have used the Signia App’s volume control and sound balance to personalise (self-program) your hearing aids. However, maybe your hearing has changed significantly or you’ve had a diagnostic hearing test that you’d like us to use to re-program your devices with. Not a problem - just contact us at the bottom of this page or book here.
Out of Warranty Hearing Aid Repair.
£295
Pocket Hearing will inspect a hearing device and repair or replace the device with a like for like new or ‘good as new’ refurbished device at Pocket Hearing’s sole discretion, for £295 per device for up to 4 years from the original purchase. Replacement Hearing Aid Battery Drawers

Your hearing aid will have new replacement battery drawers fitted along with a professional service before being returned by Royal Mail 24Hr Tracked delivery. Separate international rates may apply to postage. Pay Here.
Professional Hearing Aid Service/Hearing Aid Reprogramming.
£70
The outside of your hearing aid will be cleaned using an antibacterial and antiviral wipe. The speaker filter will be removed and the speaker tube will be vacuumed using a pre-sterilised, single-use, fine-end suction tube. The microphone filter will be brush-cleaned and vacuumed along with the battery compartment. The speaker filter and sleeve or dome will be replaced with new parts. They will then be dried and disinfected in a dehumidifying UV chamber. If reprogramming is required then this will be completed also. Pay Here.
Hearing Aid Warranty Repair.
2 Years
At no cost to you, Pocket Hearing will inspect the hearing device and repair or exchange the in-warranty unit with a new or refurbished unit at Pocket Hearing’s sole discretion. Replacement Hearing Aid Extraction Cords

Your hearing aid will have new replacement extraction cords fitted along with a professional service before being returned by Royal Mail 24Hr Tracked delivery. Separate international rates may apply to postage. Pay Here.
Many hearing aid ‘repairs’ are not repairs and are more of a cleaning issue. Often the hearing aid microphone or speaker filters are blocked. In these cases, we will carry out the Professional Hearing Aid Service and charge the above rate regardless of warranty status.
