Shipping
When you order hearing aids or accessories, we either pick them from our own stock or order them from the manufacturer. We program hearing aid/aids immediately following your welcome consultation and ship them straight to your door. This can take 2–7 business days.
We offer a 30-day, no-hassle return policy because we believe the only way to really know if Pocket Hearing Aids are right for you is to wear them. You can start wearing them straight away, and you should be able to make them sound right for you using the Signia App and Signia Assistant, if available. However, just in case they don’t sound amazing from the outset, please reserve judgement until they have been fine-tuned by one of our hearing experts. If you're not in love after 30 days, you can return it for free. Please make sure to take good care of your Signia hearing aids from Pocket Hearing during your test drive, as we will be unable to issue full refunds for damaged hearing aids.

UK, All EU Countries, and USA
Local customs taxes may be incurred on shipments to the EU and the USA. We do not cover these costs.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping is available for all new orders to the UK.
All EU Countries: £30
USA £60.00
All USA and EU countries, excluding UK countries, will be responsible for arranging postage and collection of returned hearing aids for credit, repair, and other services.
All UK countries will have free return labels.
When will my order arrive?
We program your hearing aid/aids immediately following your welcome consultation and ship them straight to your door. This can take 2–7 business days and up to 10 days if you are in the EU or US. When your order leaves, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Will my Pocket Hearing Aids arrive ready to wear?
Your Pocket hearing aids ship pre-programmed and will be ready to wear. Just download the app to adjust the sound to your preferences.
