The Signia Silk CROS X will combine to work with any Signia Silk X hearing aid, and the Signia Pure Charge&Go CROS X will combine to work with any Signia Pure Charge&Go X hearing aid. We would advise you to select the 7X technology level because the hearing aid in the better or good ear determines the overall quality of sound for both ears.
You need to select the CROS device for the ear you want to send the sound from (the poor or deaf ear) and then the hearing aid to receive the sound in (the better or good ear).
Follow the sequence below:
Choose either the Pure Charge&Go CROS X or the Silk CROS X by choosing left or right for the poorer ear, the colour and then adding it to your cart
Now choose either the Pure Charge&Go 7X or the Silk 7X by choosing left or right for the better ear, the colour and then adding it to your cart
